Registration and Initial Payment for the 2020 Examination
Welcome to the Certificate of Excellence COE Program!
You must be an HGA member to register for the COE Examination. Members, please be sure you are logged in to your account prior to registering (otherwise it will look as registration is closed). If you are not a member and would like to register, please join now.
The $300 COE Examination Fee to participate is payable in two segments:
- Initial registration fee $150.00 due 2/1/2020
- Final registration fee of $150.00 due 4/1/2020
All fees must be paid before the materials will be examined. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Upon registration and receipt of your first payment, the HGA office staff will assign you an Applicant Number and notify the Registrar of your participation in the COE program. Successful completion of Level I as determined by the examiners is a prerequisite for applying and submitting work for the Level II examination. If either Level I or Level II does not pass the examination, the revised materials may be submitted again at a later date. On each submission the full fee will be required.
