Juror's Talk: "Vistas along the Appalachian Trail" Yardage Exhibit

Description

Look through the eyes of Juror Robyn Spady as she talks about the craftsmanship and technical abilities fiber artists convey in this yardage exhibit of hanging works that focus on drawing the viewer towards visual, emotional, or intellectual responses. Produced by the Handweavers Guild of America, Inc. (HGA), the Vistas along the Appalachian Trail exhibit and juror's talk was originally scheduled to take place at the 2020 Convergence® conference that was going to take place in Knoxville in July. The conference was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the exhibit and juror's talk are now virtual. Participating artists have been invited to show their work at the 2022 Convergence® conference rescheduled for July 15-21, 2022 in Knoxville, TN. View Vistas along the Appalachian Trail online.
