Each member of the Handweavers Guild of America's Board of Directors are required to maintain membership with HGA, attend a monthly 1-hour board meeting via conference call, attend 1 annual weekend board/general meeting (usually in July and usually at the Convergence site), and make a personal financial contribution that is meaningful to her or him.
